It’s been a very long time since I’ve revisited season 8. I remember being very disconcerted reading it for the first time - it has some quite outlandish scenarios. I still don’t know quite what to think about it. I will say that the comics do become a bit more … I don’t know the right word … normal? Reasonable? Or maybe I just got used to it and started liking it for what it is. If I remember correctly, I really liked the next arc in this season. And I thoroughly enjoyed the companion series as well (I won’t name it in case of spoilers). I agree that the actors are somewhat hard to differentiate in the motion comic sometimes. I very much respect how they brought the comics to life visually.

Yes! During season 6 I wanted so badly to mention Warren! I would tell you through the screen. I do that a lot. LOL. I live a full and exciting life(!) I kind of hold the comics as not cannon, even though they were created by the same jack ass. But it's like 99% of it falls out of my head as soon as I finish reading them. It's kind of hilarious, because I hold 'Go Ask Malice' as cannon even though it's basically fanfic. I even remember Fray, but not season 8. At least not in terms of plot... Giant Dawn, Warren being alive, I remember, but nothing of substance. I've never made it through all the comics though. I had access to all of them online, but I just couldn't get through them, I guess I need physical copies. I have the 1st omnibus, because I found it wicked cheap, but I can't afford more. NGL, not loving the motion comics, but I'm going to keep watching. Maybe I just don't care for season 8? I'll continue evaluating. I'm supposed to love all things Buff, especially if they come from the original team, but maybe I just don't. Okay, I'll take my existential crisis elsewhere now. lol. I still love the reactions. :D
