Status update Episode 6 (Patreon)

This week has consisted of mixed work, but I've mainly focused on writing and posing a very particular part of the episode that I'm excited for. Next week I will try to finish up this special part of the episode and primarily focus on writing dialogue and posing animations. 

920 static renders and 36 animations are completed.

I've been browsing for more licensed music and bought licenses for six songs with lyrics. Songs with lyrics are harder to come by, so I'm always extra thrilled when I find songs like these.

Isabella won this week's poll, meaning she will get an extra long animation in episode 6.

It's not bound to episodes, but content. So far, it's looking like Season 2 will have 4 episodes.

I'd like to see that, but given how episode 4 went, I doubt it. I was glad to see a couple of things with a rejected/friend MC in episode 5, but I don't feel MC really fought hard enough. I'm hoping there's a reason that will be revealed down the road. I'm trying not to give specifics to not spoil it for some. I could probably write a whole paragraph on that triangle or more LOL

So i would like to say the music in this game is awesome, the Metal, Punk, Blues and Techno. No fucking rap is Great. And also when are Derek and the main Protagonist going to get back at Quinn? And Jill oh my! seems to be my favorite girl now. Still no penetration yet she seems to be the most innocent of all the Females.

Yeah, something like rick Grimes vs his brother from the walking dead but a female version would be interesting. Hell most bioware games have similar tropes like morrigan vs leliana from dragon age, ashley vs liara from mass effect, or jack vs miranda lawson from me2. Would like to see it in a visual novel for once. Havent really seen any explore love triangles like that where shit can hit the fan. Think itll be good for season 2.

I'm kinda with you on that FL but did you notice that the couple that are supposed to have worked out their relationship in ep4 didn't mention their involvement with the MC to one another? They're still lying and keeping secrets.

This game has been so much fun to play, it's amazing how many different play through's I have tried just so I could get a shot at interaction with more of the characters. Truly a masterful work of art no matter how you play it. Can not judge any book by it's cover in this game that's for sure. Quinn for example, I hated her at first... but if you play it right you find that she may have a defensive shell but she is all gooey inside.

I am not sure how many times I played the game before I decided to go a route that included more with Quinn but it shows the depth put into the game and characters where the paths reap such a reward. She was a surprise, my favorite was the scene on the roof with her and being seen by Jacob, his reaction was priceless.

I can't stand Quinn, and that's amazing. The game is so well written and presented that you emotionally react to most of the characters. For example, I used to absolutely love Josey and Maya, but I felt the same feelings of betrayal as the MC and am still struggling to accept them; I'm practically in love with Jill; I laugh at and feel sorry for Aerith at the same time...And that is GENIUS on the part of DrPinkCake.

Nothing wrong with a character like Aerith, she is just having fun like everyone else. It's like we have all seen in real life, someone pointed out as being "bad" or "easy" and the one doing the pointing is doing the same thing or more. I was the same way as you with Josey and Maya... I was like, wow, met two really great looking chicks right at the start but then it continues and scrambles your brain like an egg in a hot skillet. I don't really know where the MC is going with whole "you have a girlfriend" and "lying to him thing" when he is messing around with anything that wiggles in this world.

Got to agree, but it is a more I love to hate Quinn. I liken the MC and Quinn to two Alpha type sexual characters. Who can get the upper hand on the other and the back and forth. Quinn scores first blood in the bathroom scene other to get bested by MC in the Cum-petition.
