Hi, sorry to bother you.
Regarding your character suggestion for this month's Monthly poll, would you mind choosing another character?
Another one from the Fallout series is fine. 
The main problem is that this is a player-created character, so there are no specific traits or personalities that define them (excluding those chosen by the player, ofc), and it would be difficult to draw something without those elements.
