I got to have a partial day off from TY work today so I spent it working on the Nancy rig. Here's a test idle animation. It's a start at long last. Now I have something to work with to do animation.

I also dropped in a version so you can see the rig's bones. Nothing particularly complicated but it'll do the job. 

The face is just a simple frame swap animation, I didn't want to make some complicated setup that I'd never use. I'll be doing the same for the hands.

Now that's interesting stuff! I didn't know 3D bone animation was applied in the same way to 2D these days.
