A new story is coming together! This one is about literally the luckiest sugar baby on this earth... who of course can’t resist all the delicious goodies she can now afford. Fun fact: the opening of this story is based on a real phenomenon. People truly do look up keywords like “credit card debt” and other money-related terms and start sending out “Message me and I’ll send you $—no nudes required!” A lot of it is clearly really scammy and fake (or at the very least a little predatory), but even so, that shit’s fascinating to me.

Currently, this piece is sitting at a little under 5k, and I’m expecting it to be a lot longer by the time the full first draft is done.

I’m really enjoying it so far! It’ll need editing once it’s done. I have a sense of the bits that will need to be cut and smoothed over, plus some things that feel like they’re missing, but the core of this story has been really fun to tease out.
