GTA 5 Chicago DEV update 5.5 (Patreon)

FV Design Patreon members today get a chance to play a development update 5.5 build of GTA 5 Chicago mod.

Fixes in DEV update 5, made to the map are listed as inclusions in changelog.txt (attached to post).

Before installing please read Install-ReadMe.txt and Credits.txt included in RAR. ReadMe will guide you on how to install the mod properly and introduce you to new optional additions!
