When Arthur Shawcross was let out for two child murders he was chased around New Jersey. Hounded by news outlets that would release his new residence. I can just hear the shit talking w that awful Jersey accent. It pushed him right over the edge and he went on to kill 12 more hookers. Although he was probably gonna do that anyways.
