Seeing my brother for the first time in years... (Patreon)

Again, I'm not super sure how you feel about me adding some extra posts like a blog here but until someone says to stop, I guess I'll keep going lmao.

This Friday is really exciting for me. A few years ago, my brother moved to Pittsburgh, PA. We're from Sydney, Australia & I still live here. The last time I saw him would have been July 2019 when I visited him in the US. In December 2019, we made the sad decision for him to not come to Christmas that year, because it would mean he could come and stay longer for his birthday in April. 

As we all know, 2020 was a wild year. 

That resulted in him not being able to come back at all due to travel restrictions (well technically he could come back but then wouldn't be able to go back to Pittsburgh) and we even had doubts he'd be able to come home for this year.

On Friday, however, he is touching down in Sydney. He'll be staying here until late January, which means we'll all be able to have a Christmas, a New Years, and nice most of summer together. 

If covid made it so you weren't able to see a member of your family or other loved one for a long period of time - I feel you. On Christmas day 2018, none of us thought it would be 3 long years until he came back to Sydney or that he saw everyone for Christmas. I hope you're reunited soon if you haven't been already <3
