chip 2.0 (Patreon)

I feel like my best pics/the pics I like the most personally, are always ones like these where it starts out as a sketch and then I go overboard. that is exactly what this was. what started as a small really messy sketch of chip's face (and a desire to kinda... tweak his look a bit) turned into something so much more. I was just really feeling it today, and it's nice to enjoy that when it does happen. I think I'm getting into the swing of pacing myself and taking days off, which leaves me with a ton of energy to actually work when I swing into it.

anyway this is the refined look for chip, I think it keeps his original look in tact but, well, refines it. like I look at this and it still reads as chip, just better. and I think this pic in general just represents him really well. always looking perfect, studious but also very obviously a quarterback for the team. the university campus also came out pretty nicely considering I was winging it really hard. I didn't expect this to turn into a worldbuilding pic but I'm kind of glad for the opportunity! cerberus university is pretty fancy.
