You can use MC Command Center to promote your Sim (From a computer in-game, click Cheats>Career>Promote), or the cheat below if you don’t want to complete the objectives.

There are 10 levels available, as follows;

1. Trainee Adjuster
   As a Trainee Adjuster, {0.SimFirstName} will be obtaining crucial training, learning how to handle a disastrous situation. {M0.He}{F0.She} will start by learning to fill in claims forms correctly! So yeah, that Godzilla Attack call was probably just a prank... Better toss the form in the trash before the boss sees it!
   
2. Disaster Telephone Support
   {0.SimFirstName} is now the claimant's first port of call when disaster strikes! Perhaps a tree has fallen on their roof? Or their home is flooded? {0.SimFirstName} isn't quite ready for the huge catastrophes just yet!
   
3. Licensed Insurance Adjuster
   Congratulations! All that hard work has earned {0.SimFirstName} their license! Maybe {M0.he}{F0.she} would like to focus on a particular area more prone to natural disasters. Sulani has its fair share of volcanic activity!
   
4. Natural Disaster Field Agent
   Out into the field, finally! It's time for some hands-on experience, and {0.SimFirstName} will be one of the first arrivals to a disaster area, ready to assess the damage! {M0.He}{F0.She} had better not forget {M0.his}{F0.her} hard hat!
   
5. Catastrophe Claims Manager
   Managing claims can be stressful, especially now all of the big 'uns are on {0.SimFirstName}'s shoulders. Bushfires? Earthquakes? Tsunamis? {M0.He}{F0.She} is the specialist everyone turns to.
   
6. Total Loss Adjuster
   It's hurricane season in part of the world, and total loss is expected. Some Sims will be left without a home and {0.SimFirstName} will be on call to put everything right!
   
7. Business Interruption Specialist
   Sometimes, when disaster strikes, it not only affects Sims' homes but their businesses too! A factory has just been destroyed by a fire. Luckily, no one was injured, but the owner has just called in asking for {0.SimFirstName}. He knows {M0.he}{F0.she} will get him back on track.
   
8. Senior Loss Adjuster
   Now {0.SimFirstName} is a qualified Senior Loss Adjuster, {M0.he}{F0.she} will be visiting sites, interviewing witnesses, preparing statements, and assessing major loss claims. It feels good to help Sims!
   
9. Independent Insurance Adjuster
   {0.SimFirstName} is now a respected Adjuster, and with such a good business head on {M0.his}{F0.her} shoulders, it's time to go it alone! {M0.He}{F0.She} has a team of {M0.his}{F0.her} very own to run!
   
10. Disaster Insurance CEO
    {0.SimFirstName}'s company is known worldwide, and has the best reputation out there! No matter the devastation, Sims know everything will be okay now {M0.he}{F0.she} is on the scene!
    
    You’ll work on a few different skills, but if you don’t want to do these, or don’t have University (Research & Debate skill) you can just right-click on them in the career panel to complete them if you have the UI CHEATS EXTENSION MOD installed.
