I've have really weird sensations like I've been somewhere before even though it may be new. I'll look around and recognize everything like I've been there before but I have no actual memory of being there. Maybe there's something to that as well.

Ok, this is fascinating. My mom told me of a story when she was a senior in high school (1971-ish). My uncle and his best friend decided to take a week long canoe trip down the Wisconsin river. My grandfather drove to the launch site, and then the following Sunday he was to pick them up at a park by their house. On Saturday my mom was eating breakfast with her parents when her dad all of a sudden jumped up from the table and said “we have to go get Dave!” After some insistence, they jumped in the car and drove to a remote camp site, not on the path they were going, but on another tributary, they got out of the car just in time to see the overturned canoe and my uncle and his friend trying to swim towards shore. This was about 30 miles away from their intended pickup location. I guess a storm blew them off track, and while trying to paddle against the current to turn around, the canoe capsized and they were struggling to get to shore. My grandfather later said that while eating breakfast he had that whole scene play out in his mind. After hearing this episode, I’m convinced he had some sort of remote viewing.
