Monday, September 11th, 2023, marks the 11th anniversary of the attacks in Benghazi that claimed the lives of Ambassador Chris Stevens, Information Officer Sean Smith, and two CIA operatives: Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, both former Navy SEALs.

Mark Geist, GRS Operator and Benghazi Survivor, reflects on that day before, during, and after the attack. Mark met Tyrone and Glen on the rooftop and fought side by side with them until the final wave of attacks, during which three mortars hit their rooftop, killing both Tyrone and Glen.
