Hello Patreon!

We've been busy as hell and I want to give everyone a preview of a new concept that we will be releasing shortly.  I sit down and have a civilized debate with a democrat over the very controversial topic "Defunding the Police".  It won't surprise me if this video gets pulled off youtube when I release it and if that happens because it is so raw.

Let me know your thoughts of the preview and have a great Monday.

PS

Shawn Ryan Show #006 with Travis Howze releases Tuesday night.

Cheers

Here is my take on being a LEO (in Florida) and having to use deadly force on three separate occasions. This gentleman kept repeating the number of civilians the police have killed and compared it to the number of police officers murdered. There is one main question that wasn’t asked and that is how many LEO were saved by their body armor. LEOKA stats show since 1987-2015 over 70,000 LEOs were assaulted with firearms. That means on average 2,500 a year were assaulted with firearms. Of that 1,708 were killed during this period, 1,574 were killed by firearms which means 92% of felonious deaths were the result of firearms. Since the implementation of body armor the amount of LEO murders has been drastically reduced. Conversely, that doesn’t mean the felonious acts have disappeared, it simply shows body armor is saving more lives. I’m simply pointing out the fact the subject being interviewed (not Shawn) failed to investigate this topic properly. Let be clear I’m not condoning some of my fellow LEOs actions and there does need to be accountability. We hate bad cops worse than the public does because it makes us all look terrible. With that said on any given day there are more than 500,000 LEOs working and going to a plethora of calls for service. Less than 1 % have a negative outcome with LEOs. The aforementioned information can be found on the NIJ National Institute of Justice website. Just my two cents for what it is worth.
