It's possible to trigger this small scene through dialogue so long as Tiffany let Robert into the Pharmacy. It's triggered by claiming you're pregnant with Robert's child. It is possible to lie and get a version of this scene even if Tiffany is not pregnant with his child. However, it won't be available if Tiffany killed or left Robert out in the streets. George will have seen that on his cameras and he'll be pissed at Tiffany...
