What a beautiful season. I'm both extremely excited and extremely nervous for the final season. More-so nervous especially after this episode XD 

I didn't talk about it in the actual reaction but I might take a little break from reacting to this series for a week or two. This series takes A LOT of energy and tends to be very time consuming. Now who knows, maybe I'll get the urge to start season 3 and do it early. But I will say there's a pretty solid chance I take a break for a week or two before I get into season 3 in earnest. 

Genuinely thank you all for the support on this series, it makes it so much more enjoyable to have you guys to interact with with each passing episode.

I think what's important for the scene with the penguins is that first, Yukino reads it, then decides to leave Yui and Hikigaya alone. Then Hikigaya reads it as well, and the next cut we see him going where Yukino went. What could that imply I wonder lol. So I don't think it's Yui letting a chance go there, it was Hikigaya who was making a decision in this situation. When you were wondering what Yukino might have had in her bag at the end, those were the chocolates/cookies (not sure what exactly it would've been) that she wanted to give to Hikigaya earlier in the episode, which was interrupted by Haruno. It's certainly fitting for you take a break here because believe it or not, after this aired in Spring 2015, people had to wait 5 GOD DAMN YEARS for the next season to finally air in Summer 2020, which is absolutely wild considering the season finale literally left people with a cliffhanger.

Yeah you're right, I definitely misread that penguin situation. But yeah that's kind of what I was guessing was that she was planning on possibly giving them to him, but then decided it wasn't the right time AT ALL lol And yeah that difference in those release times is crazy. Hopefully it was wroth it to everyone who had to wait that long

Amazing reaction, we are all hurting for those totaly real and lovable anime characters we observed growing LOL. On the terrified Yukino face I think your guess about the realization of losing Yui friendship here is the correct one. I am honestly surprised to have seen you so far so focused on all of those oregairu reaction since imo it must take a lot of mental energy, especialy in longer episode, so I totaly understand the break. Like Nailu said we waited 5 YEARS so if you want the best immersion watching this, have a 5 years break :D.

Great reaction, yeah this has some serious impact. I could see why you might need a little break lol! Have been really enjoying watching this reaction series, it's been a long time since I watched this season so it's been a nice and welcome rewatch along with your reaction and discussion. And yeah, the storm in the background there was a nice added touch lol.

Another fantastic reaction, it really is hard watching Yukino and Yui try tiptoe the line of being friends and also trying to make themselves happy, because you've said they both realize they both like Hachiman and they just don't know how act around each other. Also if you think you're frustrated about how the season ended when the show originally came out there was a 5 year gap between when season 2 ended and season 3 came out.

When it comes to that last part. I always thought it was yui saying that she won't be playing safe anymore and that she will start pursuing her passions with hikigaya and the group. Take it all refers to her friendship with yui and her bf hachiman.
