0095 - Lou (Patreon)

The star of the police force, Lou, gets a lot more funny dialog than his partner Eddie. Lou is often used as Wiggum's second in command, and the conflict this often causes makes him much more memorable.

He also joins the long list of characters who had a different skin colour early on in the show:

I have learned that Lou and Eddie canonically do not have last names, "like Cher". So that's something!
