A friendly but ultimately not noteworthy fella.

I wonder whose idea it was to stand on top of a car for this demonstration. Seems like there would have been better ways to go about it.

Anyhoo, after a few noteworthy characters through this episode, we end on a dull thud. Man at rally is the last new character of Homer's Odyssey, at least in the official count, but I think we have room for one more post before we move on...
