Here's a picture featuring Eve and 9S from Nier Automata. The idea was suggested by Amaranth Anhrefn.

"I’d like to suggest one of three characters from the game NieR:Automata, Adam, Eve or YoRHa No. 9 Type S (more commonly known as 9S or Nines) having grown/“evolved” into a beefy giant and being ogled at by a bunch of humans in the city they emerge at."

After their their bodies stayed dormant for several years in a subterranean lab, Eve and 9S finally activated again. The moment they did, a strange text started going through their eyes, which said "Adaption Phase". Once activated, both of them started to absorb any non organic material into their bodies, making them grow exponentially bigger, the bigger the amount of material they absorbed. Since all the lab was made mostly of metal and circuits, all of it was gone into the bodies of the two androids.

It took no time for them to fill up the huge, hollow subterranean cave which was the lab, and then they started to absorb the minerals and rocks surrounding them, making the walls collaps, making the cave even bigger as they started to fill up more and more space.

In a matter of minutes, their huge, mountainous and bulky bodies emerged from the ground, dwarving all the mountains surrounding them, their bodies bing bigger than whole cities, and their muscles so thick that they could serve as mountainous fields for people to live on.

The "Adaption phase" finished, and they stopped absorbing material, and truly woke up, going back to their senses.

They looked at each other, kind of confused at their changes, not knowing that they were actual giants. Then they looked down at a nearby city, where a bunch of people were admiring the two colossal bois emerging from the groung.

Eve, being as playful as he is, assumed it was some kind of playground, with a bunch of lil' androids for him to play with, but 9S, using his sensors, could feel that these were actually people, making sure to explain to Eve before he went ahead and started to play with his new "playground".
