July 2020 Sketches 6 (Patreon)

Here's a picture featuring Tory, a Victini gijinka. The idea was suggested by Amaranth Anhrefn. Sorry if I took some liberties witht he idea.

"Victini gijinka shooting off fireworks and celebrating some sort of victory a friend had? Maybe it’s just a minor thing like passing a test but the Victini always gets too excited and goes all out to celebrate the victory?"

Tory is a very energetic, competitive, yet supportive person. Likes to play sports and contests for the fun of it, and even better if he gets to win. He also like to encourage his closest friends to do their best at whatever they do with their lives. He grows from victories and accomplishments, reached by him or by his closer friends.

Here's Tory with him Foongus buddy, looking at how well Foongus did during this last college semester.  Once they found out he did well, Tory couldn't help but to give a victorious flex in order to celebrate his lil' buddy's accomplishment, growing massive in the proccess. Foongus shouldn't be surprised, since he's seen Tory's excitement before, but Tory always catches him off guard whenever he decides to grow, so Foongus is both happy and a little flustered.
