Greetings adventurers!

Typically we travel the world and scavenge things from far and wide to bring to you and share those marvelous finds. This time, things are a bit different though as this is a truly home brewed creation of ours fresh from our shop. The Pocket Abby! Some of you may know Abby as our loveable patro… er uh mascot! Now you can have your own huggable, squeezable version of her to take on the road and keep you company on those scary occasions you may find yourself in. OH and should things go sideways, you can summon a giant flying octopus. You’re welcome! Goodbye!

Our patrons get early access to all of these items as well as additional formats that are easily usable in both physical and online play for D&D and Pathfinder 2E. Additionally they get high-res art exports, easy to use text exports, behind the scenes updates, and a lot more.

If that strikes your fancy, consider becoming a Patron

Design notes from Matthew:
Welp we did it. This is our 100th magic item. Can you believe it? I hardly can and we’re the ones that made them all. It’s been an incredible journey and I have to say that I’m remarkably proud of what we’ve accomplished thus far. I would love to say it’s been super easy, but it hasn’t. We’ve experienced a lot of ups and downs, but the support of the community has kept us going in ways we could have never imagined. We’re truly extremely grateful that you all have given us the opportunity to keep making things for your games.
Now insofar as the actual item, well Abby has been a mascot for us since the start and we just love her. From the big scary versions on some of our marketing materials, to the cute chibis we love posting around, she has meant a lot to us. It only felt right that our 100th item should celebrate our relationship with this special cephalopod.I knew from the start that I wanted it to summon a giant octopus, but that’s only useful in water. I wanted to give it a few ways to be useful on land which was accomplished with it breathing out of water, flying, and giving it useful tools like using its ink outside of water. Overall that came together quite well.
Funnily enough, the power level diverged quite a bit between the 5E and Pf2E versions simply due to how strong the giant octopus is relative to each system. The addition of some frighten effects was just for fun as I thought it would be cute to cuddle Abby in moments of fear.

Looking back on the library of 100 items we’ve made is just awe-inspiring to me. It makes me want to make more, better, interesting, elegant, and downright weird items. It makes me want to continue to grow this library of creations and you are the wonderful folks supporting that vision. Thank you SO VERY MUCH.

We highly encourage you to join our Discord server where you’ll get access to exclusive channels that have sneak peeks, behind the scenes chatter, and more.
