Fixing Render Sparkles in Photoshop (Patreon)
Content
Hello folks! I have a few links and things for you today.
First of all, in this early access episode I'll show you a quick and easy tip on how to fix render sparkles with Photoshop, or rather any 2D graphics app that's capable of using masks and layers. It won't work for every situation, but it's great for out of focus background sparkles and definitely beats the time it takes to re-render an image.
Next, I've just posed the new Ko-fi Social I've made during a Twitch stream last week. I hope you like it! It'll be great to update this every so often. Perhaps I can add a hand stirring a spoon, or add some stream to the cups. Or maybe I'll change the location of the drinks, like a sunny beach or a jungle. I've uploaded this working session to YouTube, join me for the "world premiere" tomorrow from 10am EST if you're free.
Speaking of streams, I've had another enjoyable session recently in which I've made two new sets of face paint in Substance Painter. One I've used on the "Necromancer in the woods with his procedural house" type render, the other one is below. I've dug deep into the mysteries of the Mask Generator on this occasion, and thanks to John/Fugazi/3D Megaverse I got some great results. I thought I'd share this stream on YouTube as well, and it'll premiere on Wednesday.
I still have a boatload of other thumbnails to make and might do some of them on stream as well. If you'd like to join me for those, keep an eye on my Twitter feed where I announce when they'll happen. I don't have a set schedule and fit them in when I have the time and energy in the weekday afternoons from 5pm EST on Twitch.
That's all I have for today :-)
