Inspired by what I've learnt from building my 3D Assets and Gaming Database, I've done some fiddling and want to share a little progress report with you. In this episode I'm talking about the thought process that goes/went into the "refresh", and the advantages it means for future content creation endeavours.

I'm almost done with The WP Guru, apart from the front page. which I might tackle today. My main focus is to give this site a better purpose, telling readers/viewers who I am, and to make past content more discoverable for new and existing readers alike.
There's a lot to this process, and there's still work to be done, but I thought I'd give you a (not so quick) update on what my websites looked like until August 2020, and a preview of what's to come.
If you're game, take a look at the beta versions I'm currently working on and let me know what you think:
- https://new.wpguru.co.uk (almost ready)
- https://beta.versluis.com (haven't started yet)
What's Next
DAZ have officially released the DAZ to Unreal plugin for free via their store. They've also made some changes, like bringing the menu placement in line with the other bridges. From what I hear, it's a bit of a nightmare to upgrade to this new version, if you've had the official Unreal Marketplace version installed. I'm reluctant to do this, but it's probably a good idea going forward. If I get it working, I'll make a video about it.
