She is already a Magical Girl in Magia Record, so there should be no further "mystical empowering" for Ms. Ex-MC. Of course, Homura becoming a Magical Girl can only happen because Madoka needs "saving," so the whole "time travel/prevent the end of the world" plot still stands. If a Magia Record expert could response to my ignorance to better clarify the truth, I'd be extremely grateful.
