Act Yasukawa

Fightful's Scott Edwards had the chance to interview Actrwes girl'Z wrestler Act Yasukawa ahead of her arrival to America for WrestleCon and WrestleMania Week. Among the topics discussed were what made her become a pro wrestling, why she joined Actwres girl'Z in her return to pro wrestling, and how the addiiton of legendary Joshi trainer Fuka has helped change Actwres girl'Z moving forward. Yasukawa explained that the reason she became a wrestler was that she saw a lot of babyfaces in STARDOM and realized she could be the villain to oppose them. That mindset came from her work as an actress. When asked about why she chose Actwres girl'Z for her return to pro wrestling, she alluded to the fact that she wants to give back. The uniqueness of Actwres girl'Z, as she explained, is that the promotion is all about the actresses side of it first. Only do some go on to become actual wrestlers and it's then she likes to help push them to be better -- whether it's behind the scenes or in the ring. Finally, when talking about Fuka who joined the promotion to help train the wrestlers on the roster, Act Yasukawa said that everything changed when that happened. It was Fuka who trained Yasukawa back during both of their times in STARDOM so when she wanted to get back into wrestling, it excited Yasukawa to see her do so with Actwres girl'Z. Among the main changes were the addition of meetings Act jokingly said, explaining how it's even more advanced in helping all the competitors improve.
