MJF Lied To Get RSP An AEW Booking (Patreon)

Fightful spoke to Rickey Shane Page for a new interview ahead of MLW Underground Tuesday on Reelz.
We spoke about his AEW experiences, specifically the match against Paul Wight. He said MJF actually lied to AEW to get him on the show. It was for the first Arthur Ashe show, so it was a big one, and AEW needed extras. MJF, without consulting RSP first, told AEW he was in the area because he knew that RSP would make the trip up. He drove straight through the night, and was told by Aubrey Edwards he'd be working with Paul Wight on the show.
He spoke highly of his AEW experience, and said that Tony Khan was nice to him. Sometimes he would stand in the Gorilla position to watch Tony Khan direct the show, because he's interested in that and said that Khan was very cool about him doing that.
