Fightful spoke to Franky Monet ahead of the NXT rebrand, which she said that she was excited for, even though she wasn't aware of exactly what was supposed to be happening.

Franky said that the new name was something that she wanted, and really liked the idea of gender neutral name, and wanted to spell it different than "Frankie." Since moving to NXT, she said that learning to work live on TV more consistently has been an adjustment, and although there were discussions of her joining John Morrison on Raw/SD, she wanted to stand on her own and not just be "somebody's wife." She noted the possibility is always there.

She wasn't sure who pitched the dog vignettes, but admitted it wasn't her. They picked that puppy because it was the best behaved of the two they had.
