Word of an NXT rebranding and new presentation and look are true, as WWE President Nick Khan told BT Sport.

However, it doesn't appear as if many talent within the company have been told much about the rebranding effort. Several NXT talent knew there was fire where there was smoke, but even top talent on the brand is being kept in the dark as to what that specifically entails. WWE is remaining very tight-lipped about the details of NXT's future, look, and branding moving forward in that regard.

One talent said they could tell some changes were coming to the CWC venue itself, as it was being taken apart, with the ring area mentioned as something that was being adjusted.

That’s not a good sign for the talent. The higher ups know they’re gonna be pissed

That must be so insanely frustrating for the talent

They’re tight lipped because they are terrified of leaks. They want to legit surprise us. The sad thing, they haven’t pulled off a good surprise in a good while. Yes, we had RETURNS and those were surprises but, let’s be honest. How many shows have been Monday Night Rematch, NXTurn the channel, and Friday Night SmackedAround. We’re thrust into the same rematches, the same Roman always wins routine, and the inability to develop anything new. So why would WWE want to shed light on this when things are so negative as it is? They’ll lay out the new stuff in as much as a surprise as they can.

I’m glad they’re changing up the look and presentation. Nothing wrong with freshening things up. But, they should keep the talent in the loop. They’ll likely hold a meeting or send out some memo. They know if they detail it all now to everyone there won’t be any surprises for fans as it will undoubtedly leak out. Probably will anyway.

The actual stars of the show aren't privy to the rebrand details?? Wtf

WWE sounds like a terrible place to work lmao

I am so Scared for them. Everything that Triple H has worked for is now being taken away.

Cole sure won't be the only person leaving if they can't even get simple answers like that.

If what they have said about Triple H spearheading the changes is true I have enough trust to be of a wait and see mindset

HHH can spearhead whatever he wants but as we have all seen he can be undercut by the powers that be.

Kyle Cotton

Can he be undercut yes. But unless Vince, Dunn, et. Al. Are suddenly there everyday for NXT production what goes on NXT is still Triple H’s show. The fact he’s the point man on the rebrand and not anyone else says things more or less stay the same.
