Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan of Fightful have collected several news and notes from WrestleMania

  • CJ Perry, Brittnie Brooks, RIcky Starks, J-Rod, Dustin Rhodes, Allie Katch, Jimmy Lloyd, Rina Yamashita were all in attendance at WrestleMania

  • Snoop Dogg's announced attendance was not accurate. He cleverly inserted "420" into it.

  • Giulia was wearing a "performer" credential while at WrestleMania.

  • The Stephanie McMahon promo was kept very quiet internally and was actually listed as a Triple H promo on the run sheets. She was welcomed backstage by many, and has long had a positive reputation within the company.

  • There was heavy praise all around for camera work. Coordination was maximum level with ringside crew, an army of set crew, pyro, lighting. Very little to no mishaps that we'd heard of.

  • At least one source that Corey Brennan spoke with backed up Ibou of Wrestlepurists saying that WWE has been moving away from the heavy "sports entertainment" branding

  • As if you couldn't tell, rules on commentary and restrictions on what can and can't be said are severely scaled back from previous years.

  • Not everyone backstage or in production knew about the surprises in the main eve4nt, but main producers did. There were several within the company that knew that heavy interference was planned.

  • There wasn't much of a reaction to IshowSpeed swearing, but many popped at the costumes bottle lid flying off.

  • At the start of the signature roll, Triple H said : "Everyone have fucking fun more than anything!"

  • Triple H was on the floor for rehearsals throughout most of the day.

  • Cody Rhodes didn't wear his entrance helmet during rehearsals, but did mime it.

"As if you couldn't tell, rules on commentary and restrictions on what can and can't be said are severely scaled back from previous years." Like I said on Twitter, I need Michael Cole's "HOLY CHRIST" line as a text tone.
