They did have some rehearsal for this. There is a behind the scenes vlog (though it's still untranslated afaik) and it's super funny because it's so chaotic: it goes from picking who gets whose part and them giving pointers to each other to this recording. 😂 I love this because while Dami is literally possessed by performer Yoohyeon's ghost, the other five are just hamming it up. SuA is even trolling Dami - she didn't actually forget her spot at that moment, she replicated Dami forgetting her spot and running to it in the actual Boca rehearsals (which we saw in an earlier vlog). 🤣 Also, the ending fairies at the end were complete replicas of the switched parts too for Boca stages! That's why you can hear everyone laugh out loud when Dami does that huge smile while Yoohyeon is just screaming in indignation. Yoohyeon actually did burst out smiling like that while trying to be serious in an ending fairy moment.

When they said "part switch" they meant it! lol Their commitment to the bit is so evident in the K-zombie version too - just the overextention and the stiffness of the clothes that they're in. They had the actual makeup artists for Kingdom (the drama) in to make sure things looked right. It's also (iirc) the last video they shot without Handong.
