There is a third version of this choreo, which is the concert version of the Wonderland Symphony #9, which is basically a full mixture of this choreo and the original choreo. (the link I gave you in the other comment). The concert version is the one that gets performed all the time now. There was only seven members during this performance because Mingi was on hiatus during the entire Kingdom era (as well as their comeback for Fireworks) for a mental health break due to anxiety. I would actually recommend checking out the concert version of this song (which includes Mingi and his rap section, which for the concert is done during the bone breaking section). Interesting fact about this performance and the prep for it is that this performance, their comeback release and performances for Fireworks, and recording for a Drama ("Imitation") that four members were participating in, ALL were happening at the exact same time. They did this performance on no sleep at all (they said they went at least three days of only catching cat naps while they were commuting from place to place).

Super important context from the comment above! Not only did they have two weeks or less to practice for each challenge stage, but multiple groups in the competition were having to operate around prior commitments and schedules, specifically Ateez and TBZ were both promoting at the same time and completely running off fumes! It makes me so happy to see their cleanliness and performance caliber recognized with all of this going on! 💕

As a non-dancer, I really enjoy all of the insight I would have absolutely no idea about. While this is THE performance of Wonderland, I have a crazy soft spot for the Halloween stage version because of all of the little things they do to make the same choreo creepy and spooky, especially San.

also recommend Road to Kingdom performances. I think the best performances of the two shows were on RTK from the Boyz. I always like to give context for that because the Boyz participated in Kingdom and they did so incredible in RtK that they had a super hard time topping themselves so some of their performances felt really disappointing (mostly because THEY felt disappointed I think) in comparison.

I totally understand what you mean! Some of my favorite dance performances in general are not the most “grand” compared to other versions… but that’s what makes it more fun I think!

I will say the Only excerpt of the show kingdom I watched was a compilation of the boys doing all their WILD tricks…. Soooo cool!

Their next performance of RYTHM TA (they had to cover another contestant's track) is very much in the same vein as this performance, very theatric and it was inspired by Money Heist

I would agree! While Kingdom Legendary War has a lot more well known groups, Road to Kingdom was where the expectations to pop off and do crazy concepts and tricks came about- even beyond the boyz, Pentagon’s send off to Jinho when he had to leave for the military always makes me cry! I also have my conspiracy theories as to why TBZ seemingly didn’t do as well the second season, but I can save that for when Jess reacts 💕
