The stuffed animal is a fox that they were using to represent Wonwoo, who was very sick at the time and couldn't join them for promotions. They brought that thing everywhere lol. I think the reason they couldn't do too much on the sides is because this room was just so small, there wasn't really any space. And yes, Jun was fighting for his life against those suspenders 😂

They actually wore shirts with loops at the shoulders that held their suspenders in place to solve the "loose suspenders" issue for official performances.
