Glad to see you circle back to this!! As more than one of us have said before, this was Minnie's first composed track so it definitely deserves its own shine. So glad the members took a fun vlog video opportunity for it. What I love about Soyeon, Minnie and Yuqi composing for I-DLE is that I can actually *tell* when a song is mainly composed by one over the others without seeing the credits first. Soyeon quickly became a veteran for composing and does right about anything, but Minnie and Yuqi definitely improved fast as well. They all have very unique auras imo that I don't know how to best describe. Minnie's soundscapes are very full and lush (that oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-oo-aaaa drop in Blow Your Mind is a shockingly experimental Minnie move, ngl 😂), whereas Yuqi's soundscapes are kind of snappy and punkish? Vocal lines also complement these vibes. The non-member producers they regularly work with also definitely have great part in these and I'm glad to hear that they find such synergies. I can't imagine I-DLE's discography without any of them.

I definitely agree with you about the members each having a distinct style in the way they compose. The first time I really noticed it was when they released Heat. I was listening to the audio teaser (or whatever it’s called) and almost immediately I thought that none of the songs sounded like (G)I-DLE songs. The second time I noticed their distinct composition styles was when I listened to 2 for the first time. While listening I thought, this is a Minnie song or this is an Yuqi song. I’m still not sure what makes each one sound different but my brain just knows.
