Ah I forgot to comment but I've been watching this a bunch! I love the floorwork specifically that they have in this, especially since you don't see as much floor work in most kpop. The way you pointed out how their transitions between features is almost predictable in a good way I loved and never noticed, but they do that with most of their choreography too!

Ok, I’ve watched “Baby” and “One” and now I’m watching this dance practice with you. Oh my… I have so much to say but I’ll try to refrain from gibbering on and on… but I think with only watching three dance practices from Astro, dare I say their choreographer is probably my favorite of any I’ve seen in k-pop. Not fair to say that since each are talented and have different styles, but this one, geez… so addictive to watch. Plus it’s soothing to the soul. I feel like if I’m having a rough day and need to decompress, I should just watch an Astro dance practice. Beautiful. Plus you said that though they may have main dancers, it’s hard to spot them since they all hold it down. THIS IS HUGE FOR ME. I sometimes get frustrated when talented dancers can’t control their movements while dancing in a group. We should NEVER know who the main dancer is unless they are featured. Astro, to me, has nailed this criteria and maybe that’s why I’m loving them so much. They seem to know that the look and movement of the GROUP is more important than each of them individually. So important and sometimes challenging, but necessary. So happy you touched on that!!! Ok… I have to be done since this is a long post, but man, I’m loving Astro!

I love how I'm following your journey of watching me watch them haha! So fun! I LOVE this choreography so much and I think it has stood the test of time in ways many choreographies can't and won't. I think you statement regarding the choreographer is a good one honestly! Love celebrating great artistry and intention! You validated an important note regarding how you want the group to hold it down AS A GROUP. I feel this is VITAL for cohesion as a group to the masses regardless if they are a fan of the group or not. Thank you for also pointing that out!
