Title says it all; moving the dev update to tomorrow since I've had an "emergency" shifts @healthcare this weekend due to sick collague's. (Second weekend in a row, mmaybe I should start calling them Sunday-or-Monday dev updates lmao.)

Yeah the combination of sick-leave together with cost-cutting in the total amount of hours permanent contracts may work is leaving the place in a pretty tight spot. Which is crux of it all, since when management sees it just doesn't work they'll revert things back to how they used to be (only to try the same stuff 3 years later again). I dunno, it always comes in waves (having budget or not), and I get that they need to do "something". But come on; taking out 64 employee hours a week and not expecting problems... Talk about not being realistic. 😅🙈
