Exclusive dev update of No escape: Game edition! (99) (Pixiv Fanbox)

Heya everybody, Scriptor here with the latest news bulletin! ;3

Game development

I’ve just finished up implementing the security drone mini-boss fight. It should make for a fun (and challenging) fight; although I’ve tried not to make it overly buff since the security drone has a trick or two up its sleeve… But instead of spoiling what those are I’ll quickly move onto the promised good news, it being:

I’m way ahead of schedule and can probably finish up the alpha version of V0.22.1 come Sunday. This is good news because after that it’s only a matter of playtesting before it’s ready to be played by you folks, and although I could push for an early release: I’m going to hold off on that in favor of implementing some extra (small; ~5-6 image perils) for Kat to get herself into. As such the release date will stay on the 17th of July (although depending on how quick I implement those small extra events there’s still a good chance it will release a day or two earlier). >;3

Tomorrow I’m going to implement the incredibles-ball trap and map out the final few area’s, and afterwards do some heavy polishing. Expect some teasers of the ball trap come Sunday! ^^

Some more teasers of the places inside the factory; this time the offices! Beware those red tripwires, triggering them might attract unwanted attention…

Like the one from a muscle clad babe! Kathleen will have several options to deal (or not deal) with the rubber brick-house. (Shout-out to Tonkatsu for making the security drone sprite! ;3)

And finally a teaser of the security drone battle; seems Kat is having some difficulty winning… :0
