The first two lines made me think for a long time. "最高の環境だあ" makes me think he wants to express that he enjoys his situation. "Going crazy" makes it seem like he is worried about escalation instead. "思い切って" makes me think he had the idea for a long time, but couldn't decide (hence the "but"?) "Should I buy a wig" makes it seem like he had the idea only now (from looking at himself) This version might be closer to the meaning in the Japanese version, if I interpreted them correctly.: boy " Ahhhhh!!!
