2022/10/11, examined at the hospital.

ども〜くまQMでございます。先日から右肩の調子が悪く作業が滞っていましたが、本日整形外科にて診察を受けてきました。お医者さんの言う事によりますと、右肩の筋が傷ついて石灰化という感じになっているらしく、その周囲が腫れているため、痛みとなっているようです。幹部に注射を打って頂きまして、痛み止めのお薬もいただいてきました。まあ、とりあえず2週間は安静という事でしたが、お話を伺ったところ、肩を使わなければ大丈夫との事でしたので、今週いっぱいくらいは安静にしまして、徐々に負担のないように作業をしていこうと思います。日頃の不摂生からご迷惑をおかけして申し訳ありません。

According to the doctor, the muscle in my right shoulder is damaged and calcified, and the surrounding area is swollen, which is causing pain. He gave me an injection in the trunk and gave me some medicine for the pain. Well, I was told that I should rest for two weeks for now, but I was told that I would be fine as long as I did not use the shoulder, so I will rest for the rest of this week or so and gradually work without strain. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by my daily inactivity.

そして私は考えたのですが、今後もこのようなことがあるかもしれませんし、来年あたりからは余裕を持って常に作品のストックを1つは持つように、描き溜めも必要だと思いました。

And I thought to myself, there may be more of these situations in the future, and that I need to have a spare time in the next year or so to always have one stock of artwork, and also to accumulate drawings.
