April Rollup (Pixiv Fanbox)

I almost forgot to come up for air to write this! I've been totally wrapped up in 'Bad Vibes', 4-5 hours a day not including render-time. It's good to have a longer animation after doing so many shorties.

Bad Vibes is still slated for the 6th. It's already pushing 1 minute 32 seconds, which means there's not much left to animate. I'm averaging 5-10 seconds of animation a day, depending on how demanding the segment is. There should be just enough time to handle post-production. With lessons learned from TYDtWD Episode 3.0, I'm doing nightly renders so I don't fall behind and have to QA all at once.

Anyway, here's what happened in April:

• Animated "Hitachi Test"

• Received and edited voice samples for Belly of the Beast

• Released TYDtWD Episode 3.1

• Character/content poll for TYDtWD Episode 4

• Lots of experimentation with 15.ai. Created a side project "GLaD to Have You," which may or may not see the light of day…

• Ripped audio (SFX + voice) from RE:2 Remake, cataloguing over 1,000 useful sounds and hundreds of character voice samples

• Started TYDtWD Episode 4

• Animation (first 79 sec) and audio for Bad Vibes

• Poster review and poll setup for May

The May animation poll will close in the next couple days. So far, the BDSM homies came out in force to vote for their stuff, with "Sarah on the bed" close behind. Haruka will be sitting things out for a while, as will my favorite shortstacks.
