Question. Are these keys suppose to be for different folders? If so, when I use these keys and have them sync... every folder shows the same contents.... is that the way its suppose to work.?

Unsync the folder, then add the new key, select the same folder you unsynced. It'll just update that folder with the new content.

You have to put them together just copy and paste from the B to the 2 if you can't figure it out from their I can't help you.

I can't get the videos to show up normally on my phone. More than 1 file path keeps them from popping up in my galleries, despite what I choose for the download path

So everyone knows since instructions can't be posted for whatever reason. Copy and paste both codes in the tags back to back in the key window without the #, no spaces. You will have to turn of automatic time in windows settings and set it to a random time, then turn automatic time on again for the files to start syncing. You welcome.

Key Instructions: (When Sync asks for the key) As of 4/18/22 Take the the hashtag part of code from this post (not the #Announcement part, obviously), and paste it into the entry box. REMOVE THE HASHTAG, it's not part of the key. Second, past the 'Part 2' code which is in plain text on this post onto what you already have. NO SPACE BETWEEN THEM. This should make it valid, it is working for me.

Just get a message saying "Devices not linked. Please check that both devices are online" after searching. Combined both keys, both ways. No success Haven't had this issue for previous months.
