Nothing wrong with the key enter it right if it was something wrong it would say 0 connections but it's not so you're doing it wrong.

This is so frustrating I'm going nuts lol. I installed the app, hit the plus, pick the key option, and then I put in the tag code without the # in first and followed that with the code in the text (K code), that then opens up the directories on my own PC?

In this case you did the right thing, you would just need to make a folder on your computer and then do the steps again and then select the folder you have created. Resilio will sync your folder with the target folder and begin downloading the the stuff.
