Calling it early, since things aren't really changing much.


The results are as follows:

Pyra - 137 Points - 48 Votes

OC - 130 Points - 31 Votes

Yuri - 112 Points - 48 Votes

Morrigan - 85 Points - 33 Votes

Iris - 73 Points - 27 Votes


Big RIP to Iris. I'm baffled that my low effort "OC Donut" got more votes and way more points. Got a lot of big supporters, she did. Still couldn't stop Pyra in the end... she came very close though. She even was in the lead for a day. Still, if I've got the time for it, I might do Last Place Ascendant One Iris anyway because she deserves more love. I got ten days, so I might be able to squeeze something in there.

So proud to Yuri, beat infamous Morrigan, even though she's lost 🥲 idk who is this Pyra, so its a bad start for me in December. But, Crisis Core released next Month, so its gonna be intresting (Cissnei lets goooo)

if you are interested Pyra is one of the Protagonist of Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and an playable character in smash bros. She's the "Aegis" the most powerfull "Blade" in her univers. (and the story turns around her) anyway sorry for the long message ^^'

Not that surprised to see Pyra win -- she stood out just so much from the rest. Should be interesting, your Ryza anims last time were really good. I am however very surprised to see Morrigan finish in 4th. For being probably the biggest name in the group, I'm shocked she finished only above Iris. Also poor Iris, she's so hot too.

Surprised to see Black OC so High... Devastated to see Black Iris so low. Completely indifferent that Anime girl won. But I did called it. You know me... when it comes to anime characters I don't care about, I get REALLY picky. I'm prepping my comment already as we speak. The highest bar this character has gotten is NODU and his animations. As long as is just not another... LEG FUCK! You might reach that bar. But I don't know. Exited to know Iris will get some love. What poses are you thinking for her? Perhaps a standing doggy? 3rd person to see both her boob and cloth physics in action? ANAL!!!? No, she's still a looser... can't have TOO much love. (-ω-、)

Yeah, a little surprised about Morrigan too, though it's more just that the OC's placement was out of left field for me. I personally expected it to be 1st/2nd - Pyra and Yuri, 3rd - Morrigan, 4th - Iris, 5th - OC.

Well for a character you have a couple of animations now. Is always good to think of something different. If you can't think of a pose, then at least a 3rd person view might be fresh enough.

Various places do, and I have a few I check on the regular for stuff. I did look for the Valkyrie Elysium models a couple of days ago, but haven't seen anything yet.

Best girl wins! Will be fun to see if you're going to base the animation on your older scrapped one, or on a new one. Either way, I'm sure you'll do her justice! But man, it's still interesting to see that the amount of votes were identical between her and Yuri. If it wasn't for the point tiers, we would've ended up with another tie. I'm going to guess Iris placed last just because she's a lot more unknown compared to the other three (I didn't even know of the game until you did your first animation with her!) and your OC scored high because you haven't done much stuff with dark-skinned women, with the addition of her overall design.

Will be something different. Gonna go somewhat simple since I still am not totally in the mood for animating, but hopefully it'll please. I just find it a little funny, since that scrapped animation of Iris I did actually got somewhat popular in places, so I was kind of expecting a stronger showing... but nope. Ah well.

I think gifdoozer released a model of her publicly a while back, but I don't think anyone has ever used it besides him. It's not surprising since she's a super obscure character, but it is a shame because she's gorgeous.

I'm quite curious how Pyra's is going to turn out considering it's a bit different in style from most of your works, Ryza's comes to mind and I loved that one.

I was honestly conflicted on which to choose for the poll, which was either your OC or Pyra, but it's good to see one of them win. Iris was also one that looked really interesting cause she does look really good, but had to choose the OC because don't think I ever saw you animate some choco before. I am definitely curious how you'll animate Pyra, but I'm sure it'll be worth the wait.

What would Pyra look like if rendered the way you usually do? That’s curious to see. The anime style is nice but I think you work your best with the way you normally do things IMO.

Without the shaders, she looks completely broken. Weird normals, improper shading, etc. The way she's modeled is designed specifically for certain types of shaders, and without them she looks bizzare.

I probably could, but a lot of textures have too many details that show up and make things look a bit... weird. I'd have to mess around with them more to get things looking right.
