The Tragic Tale of The Headless Man (Pixiv Fanbox)

This is the tragic tale of the male model featured in my animations. He once had a head, you see. No one knows exactly what he looked like, as no known picture exists of his original face, so the pictures you see are just an assumption along with dramatic reenactments. Regardless, he had an interesting characteristic to him that made him suitable to be used for POV stuff.

He essentially had an accordian for a neck. Could stretch it real good, which allowed me to do this.

That's how you get accurate POV shots, instead of the obviously "on-the-head" style POV shots. Truly masterful. An absolute beast of a dude.

Too bad he lost his head one tragic day when he stretched his neck a little too much.

It just popped off one day. Was an absolute mess. Horrible, horrible incident, really. No one likes to talk about it. Reattaching it wasn't possible, his head not only popped off... it just vanished. As though all its vertices were deleted from existence. Very odd, that. Even weirder was that he was still capable of moving and everything. Almost as if he weren't even a person in the first place.

But it did end up allowing for even better camera placements for that perfect POV stuff without having to worry about the head getting in the way. So there is that. Unfortunately I still haven't bothered to buy him any clothes. For every like this post gets, I'll put one penny towards getting him a pair of pants.

Dumb joke lore aside, I've been rather busy with RL stuff, so unfortunately my weekend release might be on the simpler side of things due to a lack of proper time to work on them. Just a heads up on that. I'll also probably be posting less because of it, and it might creep into November, so things might be a bit slower around here until things clear up. It's nothing major or anything to be concerned with, just life as usual.

As for the supporter survey, I figure I'll go over the results of it.

First off, Dead or Alive will be the poll for November 1st, then misc will be the poll for November 15th. I plan to keep the poll schedule as normal, even if things end up a bit slower. Gonna see if I can finally commit to just one animation for a poll. Best to do it while I'm busy, right? x)

Seems the majority of people want Lightning, while a smaller amount does not and an equal amount just don't care. More or less how I figured it'd go. Decent number of you waiting for Gladiolus, too. Well... I won't promise anything. And if you see a Lightning post from me... well... keep your guard up.

And, as expected, Final Fantasy reigns supreme in being what most people prefer from me. Considering I started out with it, and have continued with it for the most part, it makes sense. Decent proportion are cool with anything, though. And there were a lot of misc answers, but I won't go over every single one. I do appreciate the more indepth answers.

As for the final question... there are over 100 responses, so I won't be going through all of them. I will highlight some that made me laugh.

"the next scientific breakthrough" - all I can think of is a your mom joke, sorry.

"help with my homework which is due in exactly 6 hours" - never did get a followup on what the subject was.

"I love you bossman and I hope you live a long and happy life." - aw shucks ( ͡°⁄ ⁄ ͜⁄ ⁄ʖ⁄ ⁄ ͡°)

"Bicycle reveal" - I don't actually have a bicycle. I can ride one, just don't live in an area where it makes sense to use one.

"Animate Lightning reading from the Holy Bible" - I'll have her give a disgusted look at the camera every now and then, too.

"Narmaya from GBF, ( Just interested in how you'd render her)" - I've actually already done her, my guy. Can find it on my Pixiv.

"lessons on how to hold conversations with women for longer than a minute" - Can't help you there. I am the guy you go to when you want conversations to die. I have an uncanny ability to kill any conversation possible, which is why I listen 99% of the time... so just do that. Just listen.

As for the rest, I have read all of them and appreciate all of them. Some are things that are already in consideration or planned, some are likely never to happen(*cough*overwatch*cough*), but I appreciate the feedback all the same. Probably gonna throw a public survey up on the weekend for the chaos that will bring. I don't know, I just find feedback like this very fascinating.
