夜暑すぎてエアコンのある仕事部屋にマットレスを敷いて寝てます。

寝れるだけましだけど、部屋変えてから肩こりが酷いんだ😂

だからさっき１階から敷布団と毛布をもってきてマットレスの下に敷きました。

これで今日は快適に寝れるといいなぁ😌💤
