運用する上でこれはやっておいたほうが良いよって気づいた事がいくつかあるので

今回はそれを記そうと思います🐯✨(個人的な意見です。)

・100円プランは作らない🐯✨

100円プランに入ってくれる方は大抵200円でも入ってくれます。

下手に作ってしまうと100円プランに人が集中し安易に削除できなくなってしまうので

最初から作らないのが大事、すでに作ってしまっている場合上手く一つ上のプランと差別化して誘導するか、告知して削除するかした方が良いです。

フォロワーが10万人いる漫画家がサポーターが100人以上いるのに100円プランを作ってしまったせいでそこに一極集中してしまい収入に繋がってないと嘆いているのを見たことがあります。

・恥ずかしくても宣伝はしよう🐯✨

ファンボックスは内部で人を集めるのが無理なので(特に成人向け)、作者の宣伝が大事になります。パトロン文化の無い日本ではファンボックスの記事を共有すると明らかに反応が激減するので積極的に宣伝したくない人もいるでしょうが、それで減る人は元々ファンにならない人なので気にする必要は無いです。

ファンボックスをそのまま共有すると反応が10分の１以下になる時もあるので、

記事を共有する際は全体公開か限定公開かを記す、ファンボックス自体を宣伝したいときは絵と一緒にリンクをさりげなく載せる等の工夫が必要。

・プラン毎に内容を差別化しよう🐯✨

サポーター目線になれば少しでも差別化されている方が嬉しいはず。

差別化が難しいなら、ラフ、psdファイル、原寸画像等あまり負担にならないような所から差別化すると良いです。最低３つはプランを用意すると良い。

・カバー画像は工夫しよう🐯✨

最近はカバー画像を設定しない人は減ってきた印象。

プラン毎に同じカバー画像を繰り返し使っている人もいますが

カバー画像は同じ絵だったとしてもクローズアップする場所を変えたり工夫しましょう。

カバー画像で内容を少しでも想像できるようにするのが大事です。

絵がメインではないコンテンツで同じカバー画像を使うのはＯＫ

・過去の記事にアクセスする手段を作るorアーカイブを作る。🐯✨

ファンボックスは3年目にも関わらず月別アーカイブがないので

記事は全て使い捨てになってしまっています。

タグでも代用できるけど5つしか設定できない上に無限スクロールで探さないといけない事に代わり無いので記事が増えるほどタグは有用ではなくなります。

ただすごく大変なので、アーカイブはそのうち作られる｡｡｡とは思うのでそれまでタグで代用するのもありだと思う。

パトレオンを使ってみてファンボックスのＵＩが何週も遅れてるのを実感。

今更文字大きくする機能つけました！とか言ってるくらいだもんね。

現状だと不便なところは運用者が自力で補うしかないです💦

There are a few things that I've noticed that you should do in order to operate the system.

I'm going to note it this time 🐯✨(my personal opinion)

I don't make the ¥100 plan 🐯✨✨.

Most of the people who join the 100yen plan will also join the 200yen plan.

If you make a plan poorly, people will concentrate on the 100yen plan and you won't be able to remove it easily.

It's important not to start out with a plan. If you've already created a plan, it's better to differentiate your plan from the one above it, or to announce it and remove it.

I've seen cartoonists with 100,000 followers lamenting that they created a $100 plan even though they have more than 100 supporters, and that's why they're concentrating on the $100 plan and not making any money.

Even if you're embarrassed, promote it 🐯✨.

Since it's impossible to get people inside a fanbox (especially for adults), it's important to promote the author. In Japan, where there is no patronage culture, sharing a fanbox article will obviously get a drastic decrease in response, so some people may not want to actively promote it, but the people who will be reduced by it are the ones who don't become fans in the first place, so there's no need to worry about it.

Sometimes when you share a fanbox as is, you'll get less than a tenth of the response.

When sharing an article, you need to note whether it's open to the public or limited release, or if you want to promote the fanbox itself, you need to subtly put a link with the picture.

Differentiate your content for each plan 🐯✨✨

If you're a supporter's perspective, you'll be happy with a little differentiation.

If it's hard to differentiate, you can differentiate from a rough, psd file, full size image, or other less burdensome place. You should have at least three plans in place.

- Get creative with your cover image 🐯✨.

I get the impression that fewer and fewer people are setting up cover images these days.

Some people are using the same cover image over and over for each plan.

Be creative with your cover image, even if it's the same picture, and change the location of the close-up.

It's important that the cover image allows you to imagine the content as much as possible.

It's OK to use the same cover image for content that isn't primarily pictures.

Create a way to access past articles OR create an archive. 🐯✨

The Funbox is in its third year and still doesn't have a monthly archive.

The articles are all disposable.

You can substitute tags, but you can only set up 5 of them and there's no substitute for having to find them in infinite scrolling, so the more articles you have, the less useful tags will be.

But it's a lot of work, and the archive will be made sooner or later, so until then it's possible to use tags instead.

After using Patreon, I realized that the fanbox UI is weeks behind.

I just added the ability to make the text bigger now! And that's just what I'm saying.

The only way to make up for the inconvenience in the current situation is for the operator to make up for it on their own 💦.
