It's scary that accumulated fatigue.

Working four hours of sleep while drinking two liters of coffee a day for the past half a year seems to be affected now.

Starting with 16 hours of sleep a few days ago, I only slept for almost 3 days. But I'm still tired.

There's a lot of work to be delayed, so I'll do it as soon as possible.

The fact that January's Hinana hasn't been completed yet... I'm really sorry



疲労累積というのが本当に怖いですね。

この半年をコーヒーを1日に2リットルも飲みながら、4時間ずつ寝ながら働いたのが今影響が出るようです。

数日前に 16時間を寝たことを皮切りにほとんど 3日間は寝てばかりいましたね. それでも疲れてます。

溜まっている仕事が多いですが、できるだけ早くするようにします。

(1月のひなながまだ完成してないですね。ごめんなさい)



피로누적이라는게 무섭네요.

지난 반년을 커피를 하루에 2리터씩이나 마시면서 네시간씩 자면서 일한 것이 지금 영향이 오나봐요.

며칠전에 16시간을 잔것을 시작으로 거의 3일간은 잠만잤네요. 그래도 피곤해요.

밀린일이 많은데, 가능한 빨리하도록하겠습니다.

(1월의 히나나가 아직까지 완성이 되지않은게.. 좀 많이 미안해요)
