Update on file hosting (Pixiv Fanbox)

Just a quick update on what's up. They deleted the new version pretty quick, so I would bet they are either scraping names or checking file hashes. Annoying, as it means a clone account is probably just going to get deleted.

What I am leaning towards at the moment is just recreating the same thing, but zipping each video with a password. This way none of the "actual videos" are stored.

It is a pain in the ass, but so is trying to store content that no file locker wants to touch.... loli content alone means almost any alternative is either as strict or worse. The only other real alternative seems to be having my own web space, which I already have with the website, but they are not equipped to host ~20gb of data without paying a fortune. Seems that kind of data storage is going to start being pretty expensive per month, and is still no guarantee that the account wouldn't be closed for content violation.

I can host video on Substar, or there are anonymous options like catbox, so at the least upcoming content should still have a host location (worst case I will use a direct file host for it like mediafire)

Anyway just an update, I am going to let me third mega account sit for a day, then try some zip uploads and see what happens.As for videos, the Clementine thing shouldn't be too far away
