キャラクター提案】優勝は『ネプテューヌ』のロムとラム！TimDeckersさんの提案で、「いいね！」が一番多いコメントです。

I'll try to change how Character Suggestion works in the future, probably exclude Neptunia characters to give others a chance (Since I'll be drawing Neptunia characters alot anyway). Sorry that I didn't think this through, I was too excited on opening a suggestion.

今後、キャラクター提案の仕組みを変えて、おそらくネプテューヌのキャラクターを除外して、他の人にチャンスを与えるようにします（どのみち、私はネプテューヌのキャラクターを描くことが多いので）。提案することに興奮しすぎて、よく考えずに提案してしまい、申し訳ありませんでした。

I'm still not sure how much time I'll have in the future, whether it's less or more. While it does look grim, things can still change. If I have more, I'd absolutely do more requests and suggestions.

この先、自分の時間がどれだけあるのか、減るのか増えるのか、まだわからない。厳しい状況ですが、状況はまだ変わる可能性があります。もし余裕があれば、リクエストや提案を絶対にもっとやってみたい。

The PSD and UC files are finally uploaded, aside from slow internet from the weather, it seems Fanbox limit the connection to around 2mbps(250kb/s+)? But I managed to upload it after a few more retries yesterday. Thanks for all the support! and I hope everyone like it!
