The reason for changing the censorship of illustrations from black lines to mosaic treatment is that there have been confirmed cases overseas where censored illustrations have been falsified into uncensored illustrations.

f someone falsifies your work, this should not affect you and punish you in any way. This is copyright infringement (at least). Strange regulations, or Im wrong?
