About Illegal Uploads. (Pixiv Fanbox)

The following message is not relevant to many of supporters.

Sadly, it appears that illegal uploading of FANBOX content is being done by a very small percentage of people.

As stated on the top page, unauthorized reproduction or use of FANBOX content, text, images, etc. is strictly prohibited.

It appears that the management company is currently requesting the removal of the content and identifying the offenders. In case of malicious cases, we would like to deal with them in cooperation with judicial institutions.

I don't set deadlines for content because I consider FANBOX to be a place where we can comfortably support and interact with each other. That's because I think it's easy to start and stop supporting at any time.

I want you to enjoy it to the fullest as long as you enjoy it on your own.

However, I don't want you to use it to become the "Hero of Illegal Uploaders".

People are stupid.. they will always upload illegaly, no matter what and it’s how it is.. and you so not even charge that much monthly, it’s just sad..

Oh dear... It seems that some people do that just to "give exposure" despite the number of other arts you've uploaded to pixiv and twitter yourself.

I'm sad to hear this as I really like your art (in fact, one of my biggest inspirations for drawing). The other day I saw someone upload your fanbox art in a Discord Server I was in, but luckiky enough it was removed. I hope that this issue doesn't become too prevalent and if I see someone upload your restricted art again, I'll do my best to have it removed :)

I remember back in the old days when H-content was mostly scanned and pirated on the excuse that Western people wouldn't be able to get their hands on the goods, because those were not being sold outside Japan and shipping was either unreasonably inconvenient/expensive or impossible. Now that crowdfunding and digital stores have made things more global, that excuse is busted. Many still use piratism for "scouting" for content to support, but obviously many wouldn't buy the product after receiving it for free even if they liked it, so it's still a problem. Then there are people who think they are doing the good deed by leaking all of the exclusive contents as soon as they are released, instead of letting the artist doing the promotional stuff themselves. And then there are people who have the "cultural view" that porn shouldn't be something that should be paid for in any circumstances and/or being an artist isn't a real job. And finally there are mentally ill people and "anti-fans".

It is always sad to hear news like this, since I fear that piratism will demotivate both creators and good fans. I hope those with ill intention pay for their deeds, and most of all, hope you are not frustrated by the situation!

I've gotten your FANBOX content removed from several image board sites. Just because the art is R18 doesn't make its artist less of an artist. People should pay talented work if they want to enjoy it!
