Seeing a trainer can be quite intimidating for trainees that are just starting out. Often times they look quite dominant and carry lots of scary-looking toys around. A trainee can never be sure what to expect of their next session. Sometimes sessions are frighteningly easy, so much so that they assume there must be a catch or hidden trap somewhere. Othertimes sessions are excruciatingly long and exhausting, with seemingly no end in sight.
